Client tip of the week

When scheduling an outdoor photo shoot try to do it as early in the morning as possible. The lighting isn't as harsh on your eyes in the morning and the weather is not as hot. This will make it a more pleasant experience.

I recently purchased a new camera kit off amazon and in the kit were two lens adapters. I was not too impressed with the telephoto, but the macro was definitely worth it. I only used the macro filter, not the wide angle and it took a little bit of practice, but the results were impressive. I have been wanting a macro lens, but didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars for one and with this item being under $30 it is definitely worth the money.

Client tip of the week

Client tip of the week:

For those with children (or pets), bring their favorite toy along to the photo shoot. This will help grab their attention and keep them happy.

Photographer tip of the week:

Sunlight is great for portraits, but try photographing in the early morning fog. It gives off a beautiful feel!

Client tip of the week

Client tip of the week:

Studio portraits are always nice to have, but try a fun photo shoot for once! In most cases, photos look better when they're not forced, so doing some candid photos instead may be just the look you need! Have your photos done on a picnic, fishing trip, bike ride, etc.(whatever it is you LOVE to do) and they will capture your true personality.

Photographer tip:

If you're shooting in a shaded area and using the "shade" setting and your photos don't look all that good, try switching it to "cloudy", you might be surprised with the results.
