I recently purchased a new camera kit off amazon and in the kit were two lens adapters. I was not too impressed with the telephoto, but the macro was definitely worth it. I only used the macro filter, not the wide angle and it took a little bit of practice, but the results were impressive. I have been wanting a macro lens, but didn't want to pay hundreds of dollars for one and with this item being under $30 it is definitely worth the money.
